An introductory course where you will learn all the fundamental skills necessary to make great espresso coffees.
Learn about our coffee, how to set up and use the grinder. Find out how to judge a good coffee extraction (and a bad one). Discover the art of steaming, texturing, and pouring milk.
This is a 3 hour hands on course, and will be held at our coffee roastery & training centre location at the corner of Ingham Road & Meenan Street.
Certificates of attendance are available at the end.
