Want to become a professional barista? Thinking about buying an espresso for the office or your home? Have you got some experience but can't quite work out why your coffee never tastes quite right? Then this is the course for you.

 This is an introductory course where you will learn all the fundamental skills necessary to make great espresso coffees.

Learn about coffee, how to set up and use the grinder. Find out how to judge a good coffee extraction (and a bad one). Discover the art of steaming, texturing, and pouring milk. Have a go at latte art.

This is a three hour, hands on course, and will be held at our Townsville City location at the corner of Stokes and Ogden street (just opposite the sugar shaker).

All you need to bring is the willingness to drink some espresso shots with us.

Certificates of attendance are available at the end.
